Your customers can search for products by name, category or brand. They can also narrow the search by the points value they have available to spend. the customer can buy any combination of product up to their points value. Or, if they don’t have enough points, they are able to use PayPal to top-up

Both You and your customers have full visibility of every one of your customers’ points balance, and what they have bought.

You can vary the percentage rewarded to customers, and expire unused points at a suitable interval. Reminders can be configured so your customers know when points are about to expire.

There is a client referral option where you can reward your customers for referring new clients.

PDF Rewards Program

Pinnacle Rewards offers a PDF Rewards system, customised specifically branded to match your corporate colours and styles and with your own logo. This program can be emailed or printed and distributed by post or hand.

These programs work based on the monthly or quarterly spend. The customer selects from a range of products based on the value of their purchases in that period.
